::Like a five star hotel. Very personalized care . The doctors however are not always correct in their diagnosis and you must put a down payment first and pay the remainder on your way out. That's the way private businesses work! Money, money, money!

::This review is long overdue! I would like to leave a shining review for my dear Dr Andreas Pipis! He is the best ENT ever, an excellent doctor who clearly loves his job and cares very much for his patients. He is also a lovely man and wonderful to speak to! My forever go-to for anything ENT! Thank you, doctor! Xx

::A credit to the private Cyprus health sector. Whilst it might be one of the oldest hospitals in Cyprus, it is still great and modern in its operation and professionalism. I had to have a specialist op and the Consultant Dr Savvas Hirides lived up to his impressive CV and well deserved reputation!! The staff from reception through to post op support were fantastic. Friendly, supportive, sympathetic and highly professional. Would have no reservations about using the hospital again and would recommend anyone needing surgery where laser/robotics could make a potentially life changing operation become a Moderately low risk one, use the Hippocrateon.

::SHOCKING EXPERIENCE! NURSING STAFF INSULTING PATIENTS! The hospital on its website claims that has caring, well trained and disciplined nurses, procedures to ensure the best blah blah.. The reality: Shocking first encounter with specific nurse. Insulting and ironic comments to my wife who was about to go through a certain operating procedure, in front of the rest of the staff. (The nurse was talking in another language) While I was complaining to the hospital’s director, the same nurse went to check on my wife and again she called her in an insulting way. The director apologising said that the specific member of the staff is generally “extrovert” and that was just herself being reckless. The nurse was returned (maybe forced) to apologise and came in the ward while other personnel was present. I told her to wait until we were alone but she was insisting to discuss it in front of everybody. The information about the procedure was supposed to be protected under the personal data protection agreement and authorized to be used in a discreet way for medical purposes, but instead was used by member of the staff to expose and ridicule. Definitely not the experience I was expecting for, especially for the level the hospital claims to maintain. I apologize to all the good, polite and hard working staff members for this review. Feeling angry and upset.
