  They lost my 45€ on international transfer inside SEPA system, charged 9€ for the operation but haven’t even completed it. Horrible service - the bank that cannot guarantee safety of your funds.

  Today is Monday 2022-09-12. I came to the bank Hellinic Bank Enaerios Branch at 16:30 and it was closed! Why?

  Horrible experience with this bank. Poor app, poor service, i wasn't able to make even deposit to my card at the branch, lost 40 minutes with no result. So i would suggest to avoid this bank if its possible

  I have heard a lot of negative things about Hellenic bank. Today Mr Pambos Ch. has managed to open account for me in 14 minutes. I like it and recommend it.

  I had a good experience with opening a bank account in one day, with Anna Eliades Vassiliades. As a new resident in Cyprus, with yellow slip, an EU citizen, with proper documentation I easily opened a bank account in one hour. A reasonable amount of time. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. I recommend this branch for your Cyprus banking needs if you need a local bank account.
