::This bank has a contact phone number that no one answers, what is it for then? They cannot solve the problem remotely, they write to e-mail, call this number, but no one ever answers there, there is no such thing anywhere!

::Worst bank ever!!! Requesting to send money to an external bank. They told us that we need to send a message through their web banking application requesting for that. A week later and we called them again and guess what. They had NO IDEA about what we were talking about. They requested to send extra document to "free" our money. Please stop playing around with your customers money. Now that i'm not ok with my own personal expenses i have to pay a fine. Because some non professional people from Hellenic bank did not do their job or they have not trained to do which is way worse. Are they going to pay my personal fine? I guess not. Avoid this bank in any case!!!!
