  Excellent price-performance. Location really good. Nice sea sunset view from the balcony. And view to the hills. Clean rooms, cleaned every day, very close to the beach and seaside walking path. Rooms are quite big and equipped with kitchen tools, air conditioning. Perfect place to stay at night and enjoy sunsets when having trips around during day.

  Really enjoyed the view from our apartment - could see the sea from it. The pool was really nice as well as the pool bar (the cocktails were really strong!). The AC worked perfectly. The aparment is quite spacious with comfortable beds. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on the western part of Cyprus which means it's not as full of tourists as the eastern side (Larnaca, Aiya Napa) so you get to enjoy some peace and quiet. Always available free parking spots (at least in september). There is nothing nearby so you need a car if you want to go to a restaurant or a shop. The beach next to the hotel has very big waves so if you are not a good swimmer I don't recommend swimming there. The toaster in our room was broken. There could also be a bit more cutlery/pots in the kitchen. Two single beds put together instead of a king sized bed.

  First time visiting Cyprus, it was amazing. Helios Bay Hotel lived up to my expectations. The room was lovely, had a beautiful sea view. Would like to thank Nicos and his wonderful team for making our visit a good one. Big shout out to Ina who is a lovely lady who works very hard at the bar. Will definitely visit again

  Clean hotel, large rooms, nice and calm pool. Price is very good. Nice breakfast for 6.5 Euro (very attractive price). Great views from the room. Biilard table for 2 Euros , table tennis for free. Very good place.

  Really nice place for a good price. We had a lovely holidays, enjoyed swimming pool, beautiful seaview and comfortable rooms, that were cleaned each day. Location is more peacful, as not in center, but hotel is very well conected with Phapos by bus, if you don't plan to rent a car. Last, not least each member of the hotel staff was very helpful and always smiling. We were assisted in organising transport from and to airport, renting a car, organising trips and not only. Our biggest thanks to Irina, very warm person!
