  It is mostly a post office where you can get your work done quickly. Personally, I see it as a more reliable and customer communication company than private cargo companies. It is a plus in itself that they direct you to the one that works for you, not the most expensive service. One downside is that there is no option to pay other than cash, which I think is a serious enough issue to get one star.
