  It was the bank I used to work with fondly. But over time, it became a bank that I didn't even want to go to. Maybe they should supervise their employees more... I think the arrogant tone of the woman at the cashier overshadows the image of the bank. And when I ask "what is your name", he says his name with air so that you can go and complain to whomever you want. The name of the bank is badly remembered because of such employees. Please supervise the staff. If he or she does not want to do this job, another staff member who is willing to work can be found in his place. Sorry, customers are nobody's stress board...

  Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. The customer representative lady only talked to someone on the phone for 15 minutes and laughed, so we waited there for her. No one was helpful at check-in. He didn't ask why you came, what are you doing. After waiting 25 minutes, I learned that a few documents were needed to open an account. If we had been informed in advance, we would not have expected the lady to speak on the phone.

  Friendly staff is a great asset for the bank. Warm welcome is a plus.
