  There no access free entrance as per a previous comment, always understaffed, long queues, 4 cashier desk but there is never 4 staff running them, it is always 2 active and the other 2 unattended. Management should either employ or assign more people to cashier to prevent people from waiting these crazy ques.

  I was going to open a personal account, but they don't open a personal account, if I want to open an account, I have to deposit 5000 euros.

  ♿☑️ Accessibility available at entrance. I have been banking here for almost an year and it's one of my best banking experience. The bank is usually very busy and the ladies are extremely hard working and nice. The digital banking experience is my favorite part particularly with the mobile app and all its features. You can send Western Union from the app or internet banking and receive direct to your account, transfer to cross banks is pretty easy with minimal charges, bills payment (Electricity, water, university) works flawlessly, money exchange from different currencies is just amazing with so much features. Overall Garanti is currently my favorite bank and I love everything about the and it's services.
