::WORST BANK EVER! I applied for my e-banking information in DEC 2021 before I left Cyprus. And I spent 500 euros on that. Face to face, my manager guaranteed that I would receive my e-banking password soon, but I didn't receive any information till today (Feb 7th, 2022, and I will keep updating), I sent several emails to my bank manager, and she keeps ignoring me. I need money to pay my school fee! And she knows that! What kind of bank ignores its customers like that! This bank is incredibly irresponsible, and it is not a reliable financial partner! Just stay away from that bank if you ever want to touch your money again. --- Now this is an update. Today is the 24th of March. After numerous emails ignored and ineffective representations, I instructed my attorney to speak directly with the bank manager. Last week they told me that they had closed my bank and had transferred my deposits to my local bank account. This is definitely very good news for me, I just need to wait for my local bank to agree to receive my money. I immediately contacted my local bank manager on the same day, but my manager told me that I did not need any approval for the deposit from my local bank. But out of caution about international money transfers, I decided to wait and see for a few more days. Unfortunately, as of today, before I update this comment, I contacted my local bank manager again and still no money has entered my account. So, someone is lying. AGAIN. Trust me, you don't want to entrust your money to a bank that is a liar.
