::We stayed for night, got a room with a terrible smell of canalisation (pee) in WC. When I open the room I could hardly breath. Terrible experience. How can they give such a room to people and charge money for it. Dont remember room number, but it was on 4th floor.

::Visited this September 2019 on our twice yearly visit, and what a disappointment we had on arrival. Even though we had booked when we were there in May, they were not expecting us. Luckily the receptionist had stayed on longer than usual (reception closes at 16:00 hrs, which is new) and was able to let us in, she knew nothing about our booking even though we showed her our booking confirmation. She then said "luckily room 501 is free" I said yes of course it is that is the one we booked! Eventually we were able to get our room. The problem is that now reception is closed after 4pm you have to enter a code on the outer door to get in, which we did not have. The following evening, we were going out and as we came out of the lift there were three people trying to get into reception. I asked them what they wanted and the young girl who fortunately spoke excellent English said they had just arrived from Macedonia and the notice on the reception door listing a phone number to call out of hours no-one was answering the phone. Whilst trying to help them out a worker arrived with a delivery of laundry and was able to contact someone. Our next problem was trying to pay our bill next morning by credit card. The receptionist said that they had not got a card reader on site but she would get one sent over. We were into our second week of our stay and despite asking on a daily basis still noo reader. In the end we paid in cash out of frustration. The tap in the bathroom was leaking onto the top of the vanity unit and dripping on to the floor. We reported this next morning and were told that it would be fixed. The fix was wrapping a towel around the tap, and and it was still leaking when we left two weeks later. The Russian receptionist was very nice and helpful, but the poor girl got no support from management. One evening the fire alarm sounded and we had to wait until the receptionist turned up having had to come from home quite some time later to reset it. We have stayed in these apartment's twice yearly for many years, but under the new owners service has declined badly. Great position, spacious rooms, very good cleaning staff. Management needs to sort out awful out of hours reception as people arrive at all hour's. We have cancelled next year's booking.

::Important. This is a really nice hotel. It should be 6-stars :) Every room has a kitchen. It's renovated. Staff is really nice. Location Perfect. But... There is a disco in front. It's only/mainly problematic on Saturdays. But Yesif you are a light sleeper on Sutarday you want a room that doesn't face it. They have it. Simply book wisely.

::Its my second day here, i absolutely love it, its just been renovated, its spotless, it has everything you might need even a small hob, microwave and a fridge with a small kitchen table and two chairs and this is the one bed room studio. And its quite spacious. Staff are amazing. Its in the centre of everything..dnt need a car although it has a small car park.
