::Our stay was AMAZING! Everybody at the hotel is incredibly friendly and helpful with all your questions and inquiries. Food is great and you can't beat the location on the best beach in Pyrgos. Rooms are very nice and clean, great AC and great views of the beach including spacey balconies. Honestly don't have anything bad to say about our stay, we wish we had more days to stay more and explore.

::Wow. I was supposed to stay here for a day and I ended up staying for 3. The food / service / view of the beach and sunset/ is amazing. I was blown away. Also there is so much things to do around here. Came with my wife, and we loved it. Definitely we are coming back !!!

::The worst experience ever... We checked in and after we entered the room we left immediately. Hairs everywhere, dirty bed sheets, dirty toilet and bad smell, but the worst thing was the air condition. You could see the moldiness on it and when we mentioned this, they became very rude with us. When we said we want to leave, they just took the keys without any discussion or an attempt to find us an alternative solution i.e. another room. Having 2 kids with us we had to travel again and find another accommodation since the location offers limited options. Sofas,armchairs and side tables in the lobby were also very dirty. Edited: sorry for editing but this is because I cannot respond to the hotel response. Thank you for the time spent answering to my comments. I assure you that if you could spent that time on cleaning,the rooms would not have the picture we faced when we entered the room. We did not asked for other room and we knew the size of the rooms of your hotel. We were waiting for your staff to finish connecting the twin beds. The bathroom was never used by us but has been cleaned by us with disinfectant instead. I think you are trying to hide the problem trying to take somewhere else the discussion. Luggages and bags were placed in the entrance of the room and not on the bed as you are mentioning. I have to say that we gave the key directly to mrs. Eleni, but because she had to serve other guests she ignored my wife and my friend who were trying to speak with her. She just got the keys from my wife and left. As I can see from other bad reviews you received you cannot accept this type of feedback and you are replying ignoring the facts. Hope to find ways to improve your hotel and service because it is something that our country is looking for.

::Excellent value for money for the location! Christos and his family were very friendly and accommodating during out arrival. Rooms were clean and fit for purpose for our overnight needs traveling through! Breakfast was excellent and filling! Be aware that you will need a car to get out to a restaurant as the location is about 2km away. This could be due to our group traveling through in December, which is the off season.
