  I had visited the clinic for a gastroscopy. Excellent doctor, very kind, as well as the staff. The secretary also very friendly and helpful! Thank you very much!!!

  The doctor has taken my initial call out of his working hours. I needed the gastroscopy to make, he asked for details why & the level of urgency. He promised to find a slot for me & asked to call next day as he could not see the booking while out of office. The lady at reception was very helpful and nice. The doctor did listen my concerns & bad experience i had in the past with gastroscopy (it was not my favorite test) & with the medication he made it very easy. he discussed the results after & provided me the full report. I have asked also for the photos which was not a problem & the lady from reception has sent it soon after i have left her email address. In the future if i need to repeat gastroscopy test, i will definitely return to Dr Petropoulos even if i have to fly in!

  The doctor is really polite. I went to his clinic twice for a gastroscopy and I was very satisfied.I also called to reschedule my appointment and his secretary was helpful and kind. I totally recommend going there :)

  The doctor's secretary is the rudest person I ve ever met. She was very impolite, spoke negatively about the people walking in and looked everyone with judgement. I found out about my grandfather's biopsy results using Gesy's website and I called the doctor to ask for the treatment as he has something serious. She hung up on me, saying that the doctor would call me back. It's been 4 days and still waiting. The doctor is also rude. He doesn't explain things. He gives instructions out way too fast for anyone to take notes. I asked for the instructions given to my grandpa again so i could take notes, but of course he didnt and he didnt even care to write them down for me. The only reason I went there in the first place was because he was the only doctor who had available appointments within a reasonable timeframe. Now I know why. If you can, avoid going there at all costs.

  Not patient friendly environment Not responsible and professional attitude. As soon as my mother finished her gastroscopy he called us in and wanted just to let us go without giving any details of the findings. He mentioned few things to do verbally and when I requested instructions in writing he said "no need". I then asked a pen and paper to write my notes in order to pass them to my parents he again said "no need" He never called back since then to follow up his patient neither to inform of the biopsy nor to let us know the report is ready for collection. Ok Doctor well done You are now in GESY and you think you can get away with it What a shame.... What a disappointment
