::I called this morning asking for an urgent appointment, because my daughter is suffering from toothache. The receptionist offered me an appointment for Monday, 4 days from now. I asked her if there is anything we can do today since my 6 yo is in great pain. She simply said “NO”. Not a sorry, or checking with a doctor is there is any way to accommodate me. Very disappointed.

::40 minutes delay in queue. A nurse, who constantly talking by phone and trying to hold the saliva vacuum in my child's mouth... (. No drinking water! In the tap, I the bottles, to rinse mouth-- nowhere- it's impossible to understand for me, at least they should sent smbd to buy it in the nearest shop! And the last trigger no card payment. However the doctor is OK... If you are ready to bear with the all above.
