::It's really not more than 3-star hotel and it is overpriced. Pros: our number was pretty big, clean and quiet with a seaside view. Friendly and helpful hostess (despite the fact that she is from Russia), some stuff at the restaurant was friendly as well. There are a lot of restaurants, shops and supermarkets around. Pools were clean. Cons: oldstyle room furnishings and very old cheap appliances. Electric in the number is turned on only with a special card, and you have only one card for your crew. Problems with air conditioning system and ventilation - they never clean filters which clogged with dust, so if you wana cool air than you have to clean them yourself; it is forbidden to smoke in the rooms, but nobody pays attention and we had to smell awful tobacco smoke from the neighbors, it came from the ventilation in the kitchen and through the hole in the wall where air-conditioning radiator is!!! We claimed it at reception desk, they sent a handyman, but he was very stupid to understand the reason and to solve this problem. Stuff at the reception desk are lazy and rude, but in the pool bar much more worse. Food in the restaurant has low quality, made of cheap ingredients, every day you have the same dishes, poor assortment. Very often the food was stale and made from leftovers from the previous day. Beverages for all-inclusive are extra low quality. Pools are very small. Hotel places far from seashore. Closest beaches are small, rocky and dirty and road to them is hot and dusty.

::Great place to stay. The 3 pools were kept serviced and clean. Pino, the daytime and evening entertainer was fabulous and worked so hard to make our stay enjoyable. I went with two other couples, and we will definately be back. The food was decent, and the hotel close to some really nice pubs and restaurants. If your looking for 5Star, don't go, but if you simply want to enjoy a hotel with a welcoming attitude, then you will love staying here.

::Clean, comfortable and friendly place to go. In walking distance of town and a few attractions. The food here is very good. I would recommend it.

::Accommodation adequate for our needs, although beds could be firmer. Staff very friendly and attentive, plenty going on through the day, Pino is great with all gets people involved and is a good entertainer, Sasha his assistant very good with the kids makes sure the shy ones are involved and quick to spot if any feel embarrassed and involves them to make them feel at home. Pool bar staff very good also, very polite and respectful, restaurant staff are also very pleasant and nothing too much trouble, Manager is very friendly and polite and has a great sense of humour, food also very good, compliments to the chefs. Thank you to all for making this a great holiday.

::The staff were terrible. Constant cues to get any service. Usually wait time for a beer 25 mins which is disgraceful in an ai. Staff the most rude and miserable I have ever come across anywhere I have been over last 30 years. Massive influx of just 2 group who basically of about 50 took over hotel. They were drunk from morning to night. Drinking and drunk in pool. My children to scared to swim just an awful e perience totally ruined the holiday. Food was also awful little selection all in all super disappointed and would never ever come back to this place a waste of money and a ruined holiday experience. CleRly have no card for customers. Terrible holiday and place.
