  I have used Constantinos Elia for renting my penthouse in Limassol. I was extremely happy with the outcome as he was able to find me a wonderful tenant. What I appreciate about Constantino, and I think sets him apart, is that he does take his responsibility very seriously. He will do due diligence on the tenant to protect the interests of the landlord, but at the same time he will ensure the property fits the needs of the tenant, and will bargain to get the tenant the best possible rate.
