::We booked a table for 8, but arrived early so wanted to sit and order drinks.. the waitress just walked away from us.there was a man sat down behind the bar smoking although it was a no smoking bar. The food was cold and they never cleared the mezze plates we had to pile them on another table.the bottke of wine they delivered wasnt the one we ordered and when another member of our party asked for a glass of rose the waitress came and poured it from our bottle! The service was appalling and they were just not interested. Wont be back

::This used to be the place to come if you wanted the best traditional tasting adana kebab. Huge let down. Both quality and quantity was well short of expectations. Few years back, one could hardly find a table, but now there are more cats than customers. I gave one star for the views and service. Sadly, I would not recommend Bufavento restaurant for a long time yet.

::Update for 2019: If anything, this restaurant is even better now than it was when I first walked in here back in 2008. The decor is astounding, views are spectacular, service is impeccable, and the food is nothing short of excellent. It remains my favorite restaurant in the world. Original 2015 Review: Though I've eaten at quite a few fancier places around Europe and North America, Besparmak is pretty much my favorite restaurant in the world, bar none. I first ventured in here back in 2008, and if anything this restaurant has only gotten better during the intervening years. These days I tend to eat here at least once a month when I'm on the island. The food consists of a wide range of traditional Turkish kebabs, all prepared to an almost ridiculously high standard and served with a large selection of accompaniments. In addition to this culinary Tour de Force, Besparmak boasts an amazing ambiance which has to be experienced to be believed. From the log-paneled decor to the attentive, yet unintrusive service, the breathtaking views, and the outstanding food, I really cannot fault Besparmak restaurant in any way.

::Probably one of the best restaurants I have visited. The food is outstanding along with breathtaking views of the hills. Amazing place. The meal below came to £18 which is unbeatable value for the amount you get. This included Turkish coffee and some pudding I cannot even begin to describe but was unbelievable. Great, friendly staff as well.
