::Completely useless branch of the bank. Bank employees are not independent in operations with payments on checks and work with cash. Everything is decided by phone calls somewhere higher. They are afraid to do anything about customer service. In another branch of the same bank, everything was done quite simply and professionally. This branch should be sent by the whole team for training in a grocery store. Would it help..?

::Was a little worried after reading the dreadful reviews here, however when I visited the bank last week it was a positive transaction there was several things I needed to sort out. Sophia was wonderful, helpful, professional, polite and with a smile. Yes I did have to queue for a while but don't we expect that with covid.

::Constantly huge queues! The third day cannot be reached. And now we have been standing in line for 30 minutes! Cyprus has given us a big fine for speeding on a car. The exchange rate of the ruble to the euro, you have to work for a week to pay their fine ... And there are no conditions for a normal payment !!! :-(((
