::This is my worst banking experience from all over the world. I have a residence permit in Cyprus. On November 7, I sent the requested documents to open a bank account. Nothing happened for several weeks. I sent several reminders, the manager replied that she would check the documents soon and contact me, but nothing happened again. For the last time on January 11, she promised to review all the documents and “return accordingly by tomorrow”. Today, January 20, no one is simply responding my last email. The bank's customer service tends to zero.
