  EXTREMELY SLOW service, takes forever as everyone engages is chitchat.

  Insufficient staff and inefficient systems and processes. Long queues. This bank needs to be dragged into the 21st century. Inferior to banks in other countries by far.

  Mostly incompetent staff, creating more problems than they can solve.

  Chasier desks empty. Usually only two to three chashiers working out of eight. and there is huge queue all the time.
