::Very rude cutomer service! this guy called Stavrou shouldnt work for this bank, very unprofessional, imagine calling to ask question as a BOC customer, the so called Stavrou claims he doesnt answer question and close the phone! Very bad customer service practice, he should be subjected to disciplinary action immediately!
