  It was necessary to update personal information, the procedure takes 3 minutes. I was asked to wait until the bank clerk will be free. As a result, I waited more than half an hour and no one called me to serve. Managers walked around the office lazily and did not pay any attention to me. Looking at all this, I just wanted to leave this place.

  Most unprofessional bank in Cyprus!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to open an account with you! If you call yourself a bank at least find a way to help your clients receive their money
