::It was the worst experience from a bank. Phones "don't exist". No one answers emails. They took 10 phone calls to get my card approval. Then they started charging my account for a card they never gave me. Nor of course is there an employee you can talk to and serve you. Also for a transaction dispute case, they never responded, almost 5 months later.
