::Terrible service, the first time the guy explained to me that to open the account I had to do it through the application, I tried to do it by cell phone for a week until I decided to go back there for them to solve since the application doesn't work, the lady simply told me to come back there two weeks later, and it gave me no reason, TWO WEEKS LATER? If I went to the bank and explained that I've been trying to open the account for a week, it's because I need to open it right away, what kind of bank is this? I feel in a third world country, I'm going to open with another bank, I don't put my money there
