::I have opened an account in this IBU and the card was issued for me. 2-3 days for account, 2 weeks for the card. Huge fees for everything except card issuance. They even charge for regular salary transfers. No choice to open an account in a regular branch if you are the owner of a Russian Citizenship.

::Staff is friendly but that’s about all. If you want to call yourself an international business unit, you should cater for international business hours. It’s taken over 3 business days to print and send me a photocopy of my bank statements. I can accept that green Monday is celebrated, but having a half day on Friday is unacceptable. Having a half day on Saturday would be alright and welcomed.
