  There is an operational problem due to the condition of the disease COVID -19. because you are dealing with people: I would recommend seeing people as being your customers and not as being the Covid-19 disease molecule. Unacceptable behavior: for the previous customer to give you the baton to pass - based on the directive given by e.g. operator A - and for e.g. operator B to lock you in the middle "because a lot of germs will collect".
