  A seriously ill son needs to see a doctor. We can't make appointments. Service system fail 👎👎👎👎

  No parking at all. I almost missed my appointment because there was no parking. It is ridiculous for a private hospital not having a proper parking for the patients.

  I would give the doctors I have visited there (3 doctors) 5 stars since they have been the most helpful comparing to other hospitals I have visited in Cyprus. However that good experience gets soured very quickly by some secretaries attitude on the phone. Definitely a better environment and service in general than Apollonio private hospital.

  So so ... The service not what i was expected. Not so friendly ... Very cold place. Most doctor care about money the quality that the offer very low ... Just see you for 5 10 minutes and next ... Mass production services no care about people

  I had a very unsatisfactory appointment with Dr Theocharous who was standing in for the wonderful Dr Lucy Malisan. He wore no mask throughout and had a dismissive and supercilious tone. At the start, I gave him my ARC number and he told me emphatically I was not in the GESY system. As soon as I tried to respond, he cut me off immediately with a firm repeat of ‘you are not in the system’. Three time this happened. 3 times he gave me no chance to respond. It turned out he had input something incorrectly. Had he simply said ‘ I cannot find you’ or something similar, it would have been much better. Overall I found him exceedingly arrogant and condescending.
