::Agree with the above first reviewer re: rudeness, whatever happened to "please", "thank you", "excuse me" etc? Simple manners seem beyond the ken of this lot. Completely unhelpful, miserable looking...unwilling & unable to even crack a smile let alone offer advice or help..really, is your Government (ie taxpayer) funded, job for life, THAT horrible that you can't be polite?
