  Now known as Las Hermanas this is a lovely place where you will find a warm welcome and beautiful surroundings. Good reasonably priced food & a well stocked bar.

  You really need to visit this place. I don´t think you can find a place with more relaxed atmosphere. One man show - from the kitchen to the table. Fantastic fresh and simple food (fish) with great vine and lemonade. And stories... Update October 2019. No more one man show. Restaurant has new owners.

  The food is fresh, if fish is on offer it is caught that day, chicken is his own. There is no menu as he serves 2-3 options a night( food is beautiful whatever he serves) Jemal creates his own entertainment and it's not to be missed. He makes the evening and the visit well worth a repeat visit. Each time I come to Northern Cyprus I will always make sure I visit Aphrodite just for the relaxed atmosphere, entertainment, fresh good quality food. Would recommend anyone to try

  This place is like nowhere that you will have ever have visited before in your life! The owner, Camal (Jemal) is a host like no other! sometimes dressed as a traditional Corsair, earrings, cartridge belt and flintlock pistol included. When you go just don't expect a menu, you get what he has that evening, he is so welcoming and the foods really good. if a more than two of you are going please give him a call the morning before your visit as every thing is freshly cooked and things like Stifado or Moussaka all take time to cook. Camal uses mostly the vegetables he grows himself and has his own vineyards, so he sells either red or white no other choice but he offers a mix of them if you want rosy. Just Go You wont forget it.
