  Absolutely perfect place! Kind people, AlfaMega Cafe is very good, I love their cesar and coffe!💜I eat here when I go to work, I love this place❤️

  I have been getting my shopping for the last 10 years, but the last unpleasant experiences I would share with the people who will get shopping in Alfamega, which you have to be carefully: count you changes before you leave the cashier, happened to me missing 20 Euros( I realized before left the cashier luckily ; 2nd: if u participate the stick&win programs, be sure received the sms notifications of current activities, unless which I believe some technic issues scanned but not pass through to the APP,even you provide your receipt and bank transfer records,they will still trying find excuses just because the amount is similar with previous onces, when no more excuses can be found,the staff from “we care marketing eMail “ answered:To avoid any further discussion and confusion, I have gone ahead and added stickers to your account.Huge shame of this unprofessional staff behaviors….

  I was going to give 4 star out of 5. The reason at the time is Because they don’t understand what 2+1 means. They charge you for the same price as 3 and it’s not buy 2 get 1 free or 2 for the price of one etc etc. also it’s cheaper to buy two small items vs 1 large item. So minus the fact they don’t actually give you any real deals it is nice to shop at a store that has everything and a wide variety and selection . The Fruit and Vegetables can be questionable at times. What I do like about this store is everything flows well, as in if I want ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard they all are right next to each other unlike other Alpha Mega’s that have them each on there own isle/row. Anyways today as I rate this store I decided to go with a 3 because of the baggers. It’s great they help you bag your groceries but they need to learn how to bag. Maybe people here don’t care but you don’t put heavy things on top of your Potato Chips (Crisp) or you don’t mix chemicals (cleaning supplies) in the same bag as meet or other products. They also try to put everything on one bag and just toss it all in. Anyways this is still way better then a mom and pop place in a village and I am Happy Over All with Alpha Mega but it is not 5 star quality!
