  Not so happy with their services, employees are not so energetic. Good products but a bit expensive!!

  It's my food market! I know where everything is and that makes it easy and fast for me to shop! Everything is fresh! What more to ask for!

  Many times I heard some bad glory about alpha mega that the receipts are always is to much expensive. But I always enjoyed shopping and protect this store and convence friend that’s cool store. After last shopping I would think 3 times before to go to alpha mega. In the receipt I found 2 extra unit that I didn’t buy. They counted 7extra eur with that. 12.11. Was buying detergents and two lamps with extension. Cashier don’t have a bar code of one. And let me to wait 6minutes and then another 6 minutes, I told I don’t have time to wait, just remove this from receipt. Cashier take the lamps and say okay, pretended that make something in computer, told me the total amount. When I told it’s quiet much, did you removed the lamps, she with honest hart tell me yes, off course! I payed. And on the parking in the car I checked the bill, and there I found extra unit. I have to come back and show cashier Evi, one, and she tried to play that I just forgot this lamps on cashier desk🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️this was sooo stupid. Because she was holding units in hands with rejection. And only then she highlighted two(!!) units and bring me to another tobacco department to give back this money. So me I saw only one, and she was know and mark two products that she put in my bill.🤦‍♀️ That was unbelievable stupid case! Waisted time, waisted money and my energy. And imagine how many extra things you can find in receipt from alpha mega, that you was not even buy. Highly unrecommended this store. And suggest to watch your receipts after the cashier. Because often then don’t care about you.
