::the WORST bank customer "support". They never respond to their customer support call number, and they never call you back when. I waited for hours on hold, and decided to leave my number for them to call back; it's been almost one week, and still no reply. Stay away people, Bank of Cyprus is 100 times more reliable.

::Still working with paper. Processes take month and documents get lost "on the way". Just look in their office. You will see confidential customer documents spread everywhere open. I can not recommend this bank. Will use Revolut.
