    Service of the best bank I haven't seen a worse one yet. I booked a tour three months ago for 9 am. Before I received service I had to go up to the bank manager to get an answer that I can go to the bank clerk and the charge is not relevant and in the English language she does not know at all. After that I waited two hours for the clerk to open an account. The clerk has seen me for the two hours I've been standing in front of her, she takes a number and gets the next one in line. At this moment the fuses have already burned out. In the end I got a final answer from her and I decided that I didn't want to finance the bank. Worst customer service. Not recommend at all.

    I've never seen worse service in my life. I wanted to open an account and transfer a decent amount of money to them. For 3 months agreed to meet for today at 9:00. They took me in only at 11:40, and then, after I had already begun to resent loudly. The toilet in the bank is for staff only. Rude attitude. It seems that they have confused cause and effect. They don't pay me, I pay them. Got up and left. I will not work with a bank that treats me this way for my money.

    horrible rude staff. They work very slowly. What can be done in 1-2 minutes is done in 20-30 minutes. No customer assistance. If you don't understand, then your problem. They don't worry about losing a client at all. They're on the payroll and they don't care.

    Things are going a little slow at the branch. The cashier operations are usually carried out by 1-2 personnel, and when 5-6 customers start to accumulate inside, things start to get disrupted. An unpleasant point is that no one looks at the phone number of the branch. The staff is diligent and well-intentioned, but they are insufficient in number. Another good point is that you can easily perform many transactions that you can do inside the branch from Bankamatik, which provides service outside the branch.
