  Total disaster. Dirty and filthy place. My baby was bitten by flees all night. Woke up with over 20 bites on arms and face. We stayed one night, instead of three, and runed away.

  I had very good experience at this hotel. I could not find anything to complain about. Clean and comfortable room, friendly service at reasonable rates. 👍👍👍

  This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff was very rude to us. Also, the towels they put in the rooms smell very bad. They probably don't wash these towels at all. Please think again if you want to stay here.

  Attention Trap! This hotel owner is cheating his customers. They save your Booking number and password without informing you and write a review for their hotel under your name when you check out.

  I'd give this 0 stars if I could. I've divided my complaints into subsections • Horrible room quality o Railings not secured properly o Hole in bathroom door that looks like someone punched it o What looked like unfinished construction equipment above the kitchen cabinets o Broken tap in the kitchen o Sagging kitchen counter o Extremely old looking fridge that was not plugged in. o Improperly built cabinets o Water heater was not secured to the wall. It tilts left and right an alarming amount when touched • Strange rules o No outside food and drink allowed into the rooms- must instead buy from hotel, extremely poor selection of drinks • Subpar breakfast o Some bread, jam, eggs, old cucumbers and tomatoes. Only good thing was the watermelon o One day coffee was switched for tea, and when owner was confronted about it said it was a special kind of coffee- visible tea bags in the tank. Owner proceeded to switch the labels on the containers around, but both containers were full of tea. o Plates, cups and cutlery are not removed for a long time, we ate breakfast around 9 30 and our dishes were still on the table at 11 30. We were not informed of a place to put the dishes. • Bed bugs o Beds had bed bugs in it. Woke up with many bites all over the body, extremely unpleasant and unhygienic o When we confronted the owner about it, she denied that they were bed bugs and got very confrontational with us. • Owner is very difficult to deal with o She is most definitely in denial about the poor quality of the rooms. o One morning, after being covered with bites on our arms, back and legs, we decided to search what bedbug bites looked like. After seeing such bites, we realized that we were bitten by bedbugs. She suddenly changed her mind and offered us a refund, then once we left completely ignored our calls. We went to talk to her about a refund and she claimed she had been busy, though she is always on her phone. And the final point that I have to make here is that she put new guests into our bedroom knowing that there were bed bugs in it. Overall - I would suggest nobody even consider taking a room here, the services are some of the worst I have received in my whole life.
