  Terrible service, terrible staff. The day is spoiled onward after visiting this branch. Very sad that the government allowed such service and promotes individuals to handle this work.

  Well, having written a very substantial review on here and having called the staff unable to fulfill their duties properly, e.g., useless, and extremely rude, I proceeded with a formal complaint to the post office. The staff at the headquarters have been very professional and have attempted a very good remedy for the situation. After a recent visit at the same branch and after having been given a personal parcel; having seen my name the staff at the branch urged me to take down the review and that I cannot be expressing my personal opinion like this on this website. This raises a lot of questions regarding personal data protection and personal security. These people know your addresses, full names and what vehicles you drive. Moreover, someone has proceeded to remove the previous google maps listing thus removing all the other reviews like mine that accused this branch of extremely bad performance and service. Mind you, there was no queue on the outside and they both replied to my greeting when I walked in, something which has never happened before in the 4 year that I have been using this branch. So, the situation has become a lot better and praises to the staff at the headquarters.
