::Place is dirty. Even the presence of the hotel from the outside looks very unwelcoming. I know another hotel which is an only 1 Star and in much better condition as well as in price.

::We went with my family for the pool and we decided to eat there..seemed normal at first.We ordered food and they told us we would have to wait for 1 hour because it’s “busy”.We waited patiently and didn’t say anything but it TOOK 2 HOURS!!!2 WHOLE HOURS!We left immediately and didn’t pay for the food only the things they gave us.Here’s the funny part,we were leaving AND THEN THEY DECIDED TO BRING THE FOOD!!!AND THEY DIDNT EVEN BRING ALL THE PLATES!IT’S LIKE THEY WERE WATCHING US!!!

::This hotel is absolutely tragic. The service was horrible. We felt unheard and unseen. Additionally we ordered food at 1pm and we have been waiting for 2 whole hours when we decided to leave. They were ignoring us and even served other tables first and even 2 seconds.
