::The worst service! I ordered ONLY one croissant, the people who ordered after me got their food and drinks first and I was waiting for ONE croissant for TWENTY MINUTES on the clock! I politely called them two times they said it was being prepared and almost ready, after that I called them again because it was taking too long and everyone got their food and drinks and I said "sorry but it's been 20 minutes for one croissant" and they said okay. So finally a lady gave me my croissant after twenty minutes and she said "here, one croissant TWENTY MINUTES". So rude! P. S: the croissant was cold

::Simply Love it. Freakin expensive, so i only go once a year, maybe less, but every time i go there, i freakin love it!

::How annoying, bought the 5 cup set to put our drinks in to be told we had to pay for large drinks due to the size of the cups. This is not true at all. Our children wasted their drinks as it was too much and we obviously spent more than we needed.

::Your employee in the till today must study personal development first before he can be on the till.Customer is always right and need to pay respect to the costumers they are serving regardless a Cypriot or a foreigner. In other words you must train your employees to have polite manner with good English communication since Starbucks is international businesses.I am an avid coffee goer in Starbucks and now i will stop coming here.Check the cctv at March 31,2022 at 11:30 to 11:40 in the morning on how i started to order until they give me the order.

::Didn’t like the place. The staff doesn’t care to keep tables clean and neat. The coffee drinks are pricey and don’t taste well at all. Oh, and they serve it in disposable cups, even if you don’t take the drinks away. Wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks. There are better and cheaper places in Limassol.
