  You deliver to my door, not have me arrive at the post. I'll make sure I suggest other shipping companies than this pile of trash, the executive officers behind this should have an "accident" happen to them. :)

  Hello, I will try to be as neutral as possible since I still hope my lost parcel will eventually be found. Neither am I certain this very branch is liable for the loss/negligence. I used to send some stuff via this shop and had no complaints over the service. Yet, a small package of valuables was sent via the branch on 23 May to Germany and was lost. It has no tracking info info since then. The recipient can see that the parcel was fed into the system as a "letter" and by now, i.e. almost 2 months later, the status is unknown. My placing complaints with the Cyprus post brought no results/feedback. I just want to warn all the readers, please, be vigilant and do not send valuable stuff uninsured. Since there is no option lesser than a star, I vote 1. However, am stressing: I still hope this is not this branch in particular to blame for the loss.

  I send orders internationally every week -since I have an online store- and the staff is pleasant and effective, particularly Marilena. Since I am a frequent customer, the employees made some suggestions for which I am grateful for, that improved the shipping process. Definitely the best branch I have been to by far.
