  I would like to thank this wonderful hospital. I came from Germany while I’m pregnant and my health condition was in a difficult condition. They took care of me and took great care of me. The doctor was very respectful and cared for every detail.

  I have been admitted in Paphos general hospital since a week ago in the surgical ward and had nothing but only the best treatment. The Nurses, male and female are absolutely fantastic, the care and friendlyness overwhelmed me as well as the cleaners and 90% speaks English. I am privileged to speak some Greek but for those who doesn't was so helpful. The staff is so caring and polite I could stay another week 😊 Then the Doctors, surgeons and others are absolutely wonderful and so thoroughly caring for their patients . I take my hat off for all of them and want to say a big huge Thank you for all Your care and friendlyness. My rating is for the 3rd floor surgical department also the X ray department. Thank you all.   Good services and caring staff in the Covid ward. The doctors are very professional and my father was well cared for. The team also made good efforts to enable communication and visits to my father. A big thanks to the medical team for that! The hospital generally needs modernizing and looks shabby which is not helping the impression of visitors.

  My 20 year old daughter had a bad fall and required emergency treatment. The staff treated her so badly, they were very rude, did not explain what they were doing to her. She had a lot of stitches and they didn’t even numb the area. They were very rough with her and even asked her why she was crying in an aggressive tone!! Her friend who was with her was also spoken to rudely and also ignored by some members of staff. They was sent around the hospital and no one was helping them, eventually another patient took her to where she needed to be as she was so distressed. I am so disgusted by this, you would not treat an animal this way. The hospital was very dirty! We are just hoping the wound doesn’t get infected.

  Walked straight in to the hospital no temperature taken no safe pass required. I was waiting outside triage at A&E and a women walked in to be seen. When the door opened they was shouting and they told the women she has Covid 19. They then told her to wait in the waiting area with everyone else. Less than 30 seconds later an old man was taken into triage and he didn't know what had just unfolded and they sat him down in the same chair she was just sitting on. I am left in a complete state of shock. I went to the reception to ask for a complaint form which was denied followed by a request for the receptionists name so I could write the complaint at home and explain who I spoke to which was also denied. A nurse then came to see me and asked me what my complaint was in which I replied its not her buisness to ask me especially in front of other patients. Lastly the hospital is truly discusting with dead insects, blood on windows, dirty fingerprints everywhere and filth on everything. I do not feel safe in this hospital 😞 Rude, unorganised and incompetent!
