::Great hospital and great care for children but the attitudes towards parents and others are just horrific! Starting from the lady at the door, who will let you in 20 mins early on one day but blatantly turn you away and send you to wait outside in the 40 degree heat because you are 15 minutes early on another, to many of the doctors and nurses that barely pretend that you exist. And god forbid that it is anyone except the mother or father visiting IF the parents are not available to go - they will be turned away at the door before yoy can even blink, even if they bring absolute necessities such as milk for a newborn. However, NICU nurses are amazing and very kind and warm people, even though many of them speak barely any English, making it difficult for parents to get updates about their children.
