  Really great hotel- we stayed in bungalov with shared pool and everything from check in to check out was absolutely perfect! Clean room, welcome gift, newly renovated, cool design,own pool shared with bungalov next door.. all meals are so tasty and fresh! I was so satisfied, that I came back again after just one week at home 😀

  Great hotel with a magnificent view over the beach. Good restaurant and very nice breakfast. Pool and pool bar. Live music and a great menu.

  What a lovely hotel, staff where great, rooms where HUGE, got upgraded to a suite as it was mine and my wife's 4th Yr wedding anniversary definitely recommend

  We have a fantastic stay at the Napa Mermaid, the hotel facilities, staff and service are 1st class making us very welcome and ensuring we enjoyed are holiday to the full. Will be back next year and will recommend to our friends.

  Absolutely amazing stay at Napa Mermaid! We stayed in a junior suite as a family of three, and the spacious room kept high standard. The hotel staff from reception to cleaners and especially in the restaurant were great, very very friendly, accommodating and always smiling and happy to help. Beds were sufficiently comfortable. Everything was very clean! Air conditioning worked almost too well in the room, and you could get the room cooled down fast. Junior suites are spacious at over 40sqm. We had half board, which is included with junior suites. The food was tasty and there was plenty to choose. Every day a new theme for dinner, Italian night was probably the best. Slight drawback that the dinner starts at 19:30, which is rather late. We didn't try the pool as there is nothing really for kids (just a baby pool), and because the hotel is so close to the beach where we spent the days. Beach is beautiful, and you can rent sunbeds from the municipality for 2,50€ for the day. Overall I strongly recommend this hotel! If it were like 300-400m closer to the city, it would be completely unbeatable. On the other hand, the location is close enough, and very peaceful and no noise at night.
