  Super close to the old city, you can hear the bell as if you're back to medieval times! At the same time, you're one stone throw away from the beach. On top of this, the lovely couple that runs the place are super friendly and will always make sure you're well fed and with your thirst satiated, don't expect to loose weight here 🤣 definitely recommend and most likely coming back in the summer. Thanks Myriama for the great experiences!

  Dirty, and awfuly outdated. Air condition 7.50 euro a day extra charge!!!! Next to us smelly and disgusting building with migrants sleeping on the balcony !! AVOID!!!!

  Rooms don’t look as good as on photos, furniture is old and kitchen is very used. Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all. You have to pay extra 50€ for an AC per week (you can’t say no because it’s very hot in the summer). Lovely cockroaches in the room. Also owner’s wife was very unfriendly obtrusive, it was very annoying. Give a one star just because overall Cyprus is awesome place!

  Apartment is nice and clean. Fridge, hair dryer (not sure if you really need one), bathroom in good condition. Air conditioning is extra (7 EUR/day). Balcony small but has a small table and two chairs which are decent and not made of flimsy plastic like many places). Price is very good. Location also pretty good. Small shop downstairs. Restaurant too. Prices and quality for food/drink pretty much what is normal for Ayia Napa. The downside is, as others have mentioned, the noise from nearby clubs. Between 11pm and 3am its "very significant" to say the least! But if you are in Ayia Napa for party, then, frankly, this place is 5 stars. Otherwise 4 (because of the noise).

  It is a hotel where you feel like at home, thanks to the owners and the staff, who treat tourists like the family members! Thanks and respect for Andreas & comp! The rooms are comfortable, very clean, cleaning daily, the towels changing daily and the location is also very good, close to the center and circulated and comercial areas. A single minus is related to the fact that the hotel is near a club, where, of course, music and especially Bacchus' youngsters, make sometimes big noise and it's difficult to sleep. But the hotel has even quieter rooms for those who are not party people! We felt really good and we will definitely come back!
