::I was very happy when I booked this apartment, as it has a quite favourable price and very close to the beach avenue. But unfortunately I really can not write too much positive thoughts and I truly do not understand how could this property achieve above 9 points average. It fulfilled the basic needs, we slept there and AC was quite good, but that is it, everything else was very disappointing. Let's go through the list, what did we experience there: - The whole apartment is dirty with the signs of heavy usage - it is clear that the owner has not spent a cent on renovation for a long time (see pictures) - There were ants all over the kitchen and bathroom - The fridge was not turned on upon our arrival which was quite inconvenient as we came with refrigrated goods from the supermarket. - We could not close the "door" of the bathroom (based on the pictures for obvious reasons) - The balcony door was also broken - We have requested a double bed, but received two twin matresses pushed together without a topper - Showering was a nightmare as you can not set the water to be warm, it was either super hot or super cold. We have addressed our concerns to Booking.com during our stay, who contacted the property. Surprisingly the owner said that we received a complimentary upgrade and told them everything is fine with the apartment. The truth is, we have never met with the owner so we could not express our dissatisfaction and if we really received an upgrade then how would the original room look like? At the end of the day, due to my Genius status, Booking.com offered me a 10% refund but I still have not received any apologies from the property. To the owner: this is the sole reason why I am publishing this review with all the photos - if you would have take the time to speak with me and offer any kind of compensation (even just a symbolic one), I would never post this. But I am truly disappointed and I think everybody should be warned about they can expect here.

::Foget this horrible place. Genius 3 Booking Never see a lie like this. I put a star to be published. We booked an apartment with a kitchen and ended up with a squalid little room of 15 m2. Departure for another hotel and refusal of reimbursement.. I have been traveling with Booking genius 3 for years and NEVER have I dealt with such a huge scam. Did they pay or cheat for the notes.....

::🛏 Room I came with low expectations but the studio apartment I booked with gorgeous, I loved everything in the room, spacious, clean with a fridge and good AC, I’d certainly book here again if I return to Limassol. Bring your own shampoo and soap. Bathroom is very clean 👨🏻💼 Staff The manager is very friendly and helpful 📱WiFi Excellent and very fast 📍Location Walking distance from restaurants and cafes, and the beach, I liked this area as it’s not touristy and has a local favor 🅿️ Parking Parking is available on site for in-house guests
