  The venue is nice but honestly everything else is missing: rude staff and poor customer service. 1) After ordering I was not served at the table but I had to go inside to take the order; 2) Cappuccino served in a paper cup and not in a ceramic cup (I was sitting at the table and not for take away); 3) It's the first cafeteria in my life where there is no sugar in sachets available for customers. Rude staff with zero desire to work. Now I understand why the cafeterias in Cyprus have only three customers inside at 09:00 in the morning, exorbitant prices and bad service (at Mikel's the prices are lower than the other locals but the average remains too high). I would recommend this company to change jobs, coffee shops are another very different thing. It's not enough to put four leather armchairs to make a cafeteria. I wouldn't go back here even if they offered me free things.

  Good Coffee, but grande ist Not Always Bug. Nice food and the prices are OK.

  Fantastic place. Delicious hot chocolate and coffee. Really nice indoor and outdoor design. Fast service. Thanks for smile :)
