  I waited 1 hour 5 minutes. Absolutely horrible time management. After that the first review i lest here the supervisor came and complained that I made them a bad review = other people will see that they are unprofessional. By the way shouted on us. How you can trust such place if they cannot even warn you about such delay and manage their own schedule. So unprofessional. Shout at the patient? Really?

  Very professional, friendly and polite staff. The clinic is spotlessly clean and pleasant. I was seen on time as it seems they don't overbook patients and therefore avoid long waiting times. The technician was very thorough when asking about my medical conditions,. He even asked what music I preferred and found some great tracks for me to listen to on the headphones during the scan. Although I've had MRIs before, this was the best experience I've had. Brand new scanner made it a lot quicker than previous MRIs at a hospital. In fact, despite the scanner noise, I almost fell asleep as I was so comfortable! I received the disc of the scans within a few minutes of finishing, the report will obviously go to my neurosurgeon but will also be emailed to me. Absolutely excellent service. Strongly recommend.
