  COUNTERPROFESSIONALS, they do nothing of what they say! In order for them to do something, even the simplest (eg change a diaper, move the patient from the bed to the chair, etc.) you have to tell them more than 3-4 times with entreaties.

  Probably the worst rehab. My grandmother has undergone major surgery and needs a lot of care. But these irresponsible "professionals" 2 days ago left a woman fresh from surgery helpless and alone in the toilet as a result of which she hit her head and was taken to the hospital. Two days later, my grandmother fell to them again and they lied to us that she had not fallen and they told us we were crazy, while it was confirmed after a doctor's examination that there was a new blow to the head. The owners of the center spoke to us in a terrible way, they were not interested in calling a doctor to examine the patient, they and their nurses were telling blatant lies, and only when we told them that we would file a lawsuit did they care to call an ambulance to take the patient to the hospital. Also the sister of another patient told us that she too was knocked down twice. In particular, the owner's daughter, who is not even a doctor, told us: "you won't tell us what to do here, trust the professionals". My cousin is studying medicine and told the owner over the phone that she is unacceptable and the grandmother must be examined by a doctor immediately. Her response? "But who is she who tells us and what shall we do?" YOU ARE UNACCEPTABLE, IRRESPONSIBLE UNPROFESSIONALS.
