After waiting for an hour and a half, a customer relations manager named Tuğçe was directed to open an account, and he said that he could make an appointment for 11 August as the closest account opening date. We were saddened to see the management of İşbank in Cyprus in this way. We condemn the customer representative and customer relations manager who tarnished the name of İşbank by making an appointment 15 days later for his attitude and a simple account opening process.
