The emergency room is not 24/7 as presented. Called 00:08 and was told the doctor leaves at 12 so they cannot assist. I was barely able to breathe/talk and did not even bother to ask me what is the matter.

The best service I had so far in Cyprus since I live here. They Doctor who treated me last night, he knew what he was doing and he was so helpful and great. I'm so proud of him. He gave me medication, bring down my fever as I got a heatstroke over 8 days, before I went to another clinic and they miss treated me with medication I didn't even need. So once again thank you for this Doctor.

Used to be good, but now they take everything for granted and are are not focusing on the service anymore. 1/ The receptionists have very Bad English to communicate, I called them 5 times to book a doctor for Kidney check, they booked me one for liver. And even they realized that they made a mistake, the receptionist insisted to charge me 50 euros for meeting this doc, I have to go to Financial Dept next day specially to explain this issue. 2/ Unexperienced nurses, I went to Pick up my blood exam and X-ray for lung scan, asked for English version, there was a nurse at the gate to do Rapid test, she didn’t allow me get in , so she went to pick up the test result which were fine with me, I received the report in Cypriot which u understood nothing, so I asked politely for the English version, she said they only have Cypriot version, there was no English ones. I didn’t believe her of course and walked into the lab directly to ask the nurses there, they said they will give me the English version in few mins. Of course the nurse at the gate followed me and was not happy about what I did, I told her why she lied to me, she said the lab did the English lab specially to me, and it’s not common to provide the English test. So dear Iasis Hospital, you only open for Cypriots? 3/ Bad management, when I reflected this issue to the person which is a lady in charge of the nurses, she shouted unpleasantly to me and insisted that the nurses did the right thing. I would like to say: Iasis, now you have lost one sincere customer who used to trust you and like you. It’s very disappointing to see a good hospital become to be a unprofessional one.

Doctor Theodora is a miracle worker! My wife was suffering from a severe migraine and nausea. From the time we spoke to the doctor at 7 am, until we arrived in the hospital, and the treatment, she was compassionate, caring, professional, knowledgeable and has the best hands with the needle. Without a doubt, Doctor Theodora is one of the best doctors on this island. If you suffer from an emergency, and she is your doctor, you are in excellent hands.

Been here a few times and it's always been good service, efficient and professional. My most recent visit was to have my cut finger stitched back up, Dr Emilios was amazing. He cleaned the cut, injected pain relief, stitched it up, gave me aftercare advice. He's a brilliant doctor/General Surgeon, also the other staff are amazing and polite. God bless the people who work in this fine establishment.
