  Horrible customer service, terrible communication, they charge whatever they want WITHOUT authorization, this bank should be fined by the Central Bank immediately. Also no elevator? How about handicapped or older folks that need help? Are we serious? Isnt this against EU rules? Ridiculous.

  I can't make a deposit, I went to 3 branches and it keeps withdrawing my money

  They have literally placed the ATM machine on the side of the road with the most traffic, there is a parking lot to the side which is usually overcrowded as it is also used by bank staff. An ATM in this day and age when looted money has become an integral part of our lives had to have better access.

  Poor customer service but accustomed to this from Cypriot banks. Cyprus needs to go green and go paperless. Their processes are very reminiscent of the 1990s.
