  Terrible service. No one is helpful or friendly. There is more than enough employees but no one is actually working. Drastic improvement is needed.

  The people are very nice and friendly, which makes a world of difference in one's day and bank experience. The bank manager was extremely fast, professional and helpful.

  Wrong opening hours. They say 8.15am but its 8.25 and it is still closed. You stand in the sun for 35 minutes and then they tell you, you can not enter because your temperature is high.

  I only gave two stars because of Maria- she is professional and quick. The many times that i have gone to this bank, the represntative will voice the amount in the account which i find shocking. The amount in the aacount should be written and kept private. Also the hours are too short, not sure how you can get much done if you start at 8:30 and end at 1 with a lunch break???
