::Unfortunately my room needed TLC but you get what you pay for, not like a new hotel. I had a bed with clean sheets and the room was cleaned everyday. The staff were fabulous very helpful and great location not far from airport, breach and Larnaca tourist area.

::I had a personal item stolen from a member of staff. It’s seems from the reaction of the hotel receptionist who never even offered an apology that this is common place in this hotel, that they steal off the guests. Not a word was uttered in apology, no one offered to retrieve it, they all just played dumb and stared at me whilst I asked fir it to be returned. They never denied it either. Absolutely outrageous to supplement staff wages by thieving off the guests. I’m a Cypriot national and have a flat locally, it was being decorated which I why I had to lower my standards to stay in this dreadful place where they steal off the guests. Never again would I recommend this hotel I want EVERYONE to know what they do-THEY SEE IT, good quality it’s a from abroad they want it, they take it. Not to be trusted, and I wouldn’t stay there if you paid me. Disgraceful. Outrageous. Dreadful. Stealing off the guests!!!

::I would give a 0/5 stars but it's not possible. The worst hotel that I stayed in years. The rooms were very dusty, with bugs, the showers nobs were broken, towels with holes, broken fridge that leaked water, on the hallway there were basins to hold the water leakage, the pool was out of use for years, the food has cause us some stomach pains. Customers or stuff was smoking inside the reception hallway. The elevator was very shaky and it broke. I would not recommend!

::Worst hotel ever. I have stayed in tent, in mongol yurt and even in refugees in the mountain. But here I felt afraid. I felt afraid that I will be hurt by using the elevator, I felt afraid that I will get sick because of the breakfast. I can't give 0 stars but I wish I could. This is not a 3 star hotel. Nothing works here. No fridge in the room, no spa or pool (as they advertise), THe furmiture is 50 years ago, the towels are dirty and the cleanliness is a joke in this hotel. ::If I can give them 0, I will do that. Booked my last night in Cyprus in Flamingo hotel because of convenient location close to the airport. When arrived (lunch time) all people were told, check in is at 2pm. After 2 hours of waiting in lobby, they told us they don't have our booking and they don't have any available room. And it wasn't only us. Receptionist told me they are fully booked since 3 days ago. I was showing them that I can still book 5 more rooms for today and she was saying there is nothing available. Keep saying "this is not our fault". Maybe not personally your fault, maybe your management who is taking care of online reservations. We had to go to another hotel and even 2 hours after we were already happy we have place to sleep....I could see Flamingo offering rooms for tonight. Seriously guys, if you don't know how to run businesses online, don't do it. I am sorry for people who will arrive in the night and will have to go elsewhere:/
