  We loved this hotel , The pools were amazing, Rooms lovely and spacious, Staff Friendly, all inclusive food & Drink was good for Cyprus standards . The only negative for us was from Fridays to Mondays the hotel opens its doors for Cypriot families to stay over weekends, The place is rammed. You can’t get a sunbed , in the pool , Restaurant, Bar . Just too many people to move . Apart from that great .

  We arrived in the middle of the night to a room infested with ants, the staff were accommodating and moved us to a new room. Unfortunately this one had a balcony facing an extremely overgrown garden as well as a dead bird which remained there all week. Entertainment and kids club were both good, and enjoyed by the kids. The food unfortunately was very repetitive, dishing up the same menu for lunch and dinner. The kids had nuggets and chips on offer every meal time, so we ended up eating out instead.

  Great place for the price we payed! Everyone friendly and helpful! clean and tidy. Nice pool area. kid friendly. food above average for the star rating. Positioning is central to that side of the island with easy found bus routes to anywhere. Also all inclusive bands can be used in a few of the surrounding hotels because they are owned by the same chain. Lots of friendly cats/kittens around local area so don't be shocked if one/five come up to you while your eatting! I'd defo go back again.

  On arrival we are left to carry own luggage to room. Ants are an issue in all rooms. Shower only pumps out boiling hot water and when notified reception it took 4 days to sort after being told to shower in gym or public toilets with young children. Food is very basic and not much variety. Entertainment is not very good and most staff are not approachable. 2* is being very generous. Apparently it is due a refurb after summer 2018 but massive improvements are needed to compete with other hotels in the area. Staff need basic customer service training as can be rude at times. Would not book here again as have been to visit friends at other hotel nearby and their staff and service is by far better and more efficient. Lots of improvement needed here but weather great, coral beach great and local restaurants serve really nice food with friendly service so if you book here don't go all inclusive as you will want to eat out regular.

  The place definitely needs a renovation. It is a pity they don't, as the swimming pool area is great and the gardens around the rooms are amazing. The rooms themselves are rather spacious but in most rooms there are problems with the air conditioning. The buffet is rather poor. We stayed all inclusive yet not everything was included. The day is saved by the staff. Friendly and helpful. The people down the pool bar (HECTOR pool bar) are absolutely amazing. Especially Soulla! Should the place be renovated, it will be fantastic.
